Have no idea, but that first one is used in ads for Turkey here too. I'm guessing that it's created for the ad.

Dabitch is right, by the sound of all these songs they are composed for the ads and not anything you can buy off a shelf in a shop.

If you like it you should check out artists like Can Atilla or maybe Mercan Dede. The instrument used frequently in these songs is a ney, search on "yansimalar" on youtube to see how ney sounds in Turkish songs.
